This is a project invested by DLG Ninh Thuan Solar Power Joint Stock Company (under Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company - code: DLG). The project is invested and built in Phuoc Minh commune, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province with a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND.

The project started construction in mid-September 2019, within just 3.5 months the project was completed, energized on December 30, 2019, connected to the 220KV line. This is a project within 2,000 MW of solar power design capacity of Ninh Thuan province that has been approved by the Prime Minister for implementation.

Therefore, this project will enjoy the electricity purchase price equivalent to 9.35 Uscent/kWh, for a period of 20 years according to Decision 11/2017/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

SPEED PROGRESS

Mr. Pham Minh Viet, Deputy General Director of the Group, who directs at the project said: “In order to complete the project with such a rapid progress, the Group has selected a professional and senior management team. , experience in managing many solar power projects to control progress and quality. Along with that, the selection of contractors with a team of good and experienced engineers helped the project to be implemented quickly.

  Project equipment including solar panels, inverters, transformers... are all imported from reputable units in the world, ensuring the best quality for this project such as LONGI, HUAWEI...

Outstanding performance

Although the project design capacity is 250,000 Kwh/day, however, the project currently generates electricity with a capacity of up to 290,000 Kwh/day. Leaders of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee assessed Thuan Nam Duc Long as a super-scheduled project with outstanding quality, generating capacity 15% higher than the design.

 

The success of Thuan Nam Duc Long Solar Power Project marks a favorable start, promoting the implementation of clean energy projects in Duc Long Gia Lai's solar and wind power development strategy in Ninh Binh provinces. Thuan, Binh Thuan and the Central Highlands region.
