HOW IS A SOLAR PANELS REACHING TIER 1?
IS THE SOLE PIN PLATE UNDER THE TOP 10 TIER 1 REALLY GOOD?
For many years we have heard of a "Tier-1" concept in the solar panel market. Using the panels of manufacturers in Tier 1 helps investors minimize the risk of damage to unwanted panels during the operation of the system.

Over the years, the solar industry has used a hierarchical ranking system to help investors understand what makes a good solar panel and a good company. Tier-1 is the best and lowest is Tier-3.
The fact is that there are a lot of panels below the Tier-3 floating market in Vietnam today! With low prices to hit the cheap consumer psychology of Vietnamese consumers.
The criteria for ranking Tier-1 are extremely strict. Therefore a manufacturer's rank is a very proud and highly appreciated issue in the market. However, ranking hundreds of manufacturers is a very complex task. The rankings are published by a very small number of independent analysts of the solar power industry.
So what determines a manufacturer in the Tier-1 rating?
Panel makers can be ranked in Level by measurement and weight by the following metrics:
1. Experience
2. Financial situation
3. Strategic location and development policy
4. Production scale
5. Development deployment scale
6. Durability and quality
7. Technical performance
8. Brand ability to pay
9. Market scope
10. Vertical integration (relating to production supply chains)
11. Insurance and backing
12. Sustainability
13. Service and support
14. Price competitiveness
15. Research, develop and innovate product technology

The note when buying solar panels
Have you ever read the following information
“The solar panels of the solar company brand XXX. 25-year warranty (see attachment). There is no official announcement about the "Tier" of the panels. However, a large number of products and have been in the market for about 5 years or more can classify products into Tier-1 ″.
I often hear similar unfounded statements about Ranking. So how do you know if they are Tier-1 ??? Be careful with the sales guy here, if you don't want to be fooled into buying a shoddy product from him.
Here are six questions to ask when someone claims their solar panel is Tier-1:
1. Ask them for sources of information and evidence?
2. What criteria are they using to confirm they are Tier-1?
3. Does the panel manufacturer have offices and representative staff in Vietnam?
4. Is the panel manufacturer a member of any association or organization in the world? Example: SMSL (Silicon Module Super League)
5. Are these panels installed in any medium or large commercial project or demo systems in Vietnam?
6. Which companies supply its panels in Vietnam?
Remember to always find yourself a good supplier will be in Vietnam to support you and your system in the long run.
