SOLUTION OF SOLAR POWER GRID GENERATION WITHOUT GENERAL GENERATION
What is Zero Export Solution? In case the installed solar power system cannot perform the measurement & purchase of electricity output with the power company, or the investor does not want to generate electricity on the grid, to use solar power according to the load. consumption, we need to synchronize the solar power system with the grid. In this solution, the solar power system will only take the reference voltage from the grid, but not output it to the grid. In this way, users will be able to use the grid-connected solar plant without buying and selling electricity.
Working principle:
When using the “EPCS Zero Export” kit, bidirectional gauges are installed on the customer side, operating with a maximum and minimum setpoint that can be configured via software. This solution will monitor meters and inverters over local area network protocol (MODBUS) to determine current load and help users use solar energy according to the required load. Zero export solution will limit the energy of the solar inverter according to the load consumed and will not generate electricity to the grid. In general, you will have a range of power from the pumped grid and the device will refer to the input grid power to adjust the inverter capacity accordingly.
The working principle is as follows:
1. Read from active power meter 2. Operating capacity > Maximum setpoint > increase inverter capacity so that the additional pump grid capacity to feed the load decreases to the set level (increase only up to 100% of the battery rig capacity can be achieved) OK ) 3. Operating capacity < Minimum setpoint > reduce inverter capacity so that the pumped grid capacity to feed the load increases to reach the set level 4. Repeat from step 1 Note: – Minimum setpoint: this is the minimum input power from the grid. – Maximum set point: is the maximum required input power from the grid in case there is enough solar power produced to supply the load.
